This is a Spry horizontal menubar. The links are empty; the purpose is to show that it is easy to make and edit a structure.

I can also style them. For example, this is the same menubar structure, but with a different style associated.

This is entirely done through JavaScript and CSS, so it loads much faster than Flash or some other visual means. I happen to like blocky and square, but for those who are aesthetically picky... this might not be enough. The problem with making it fancy -- e.g., textured images -- is that images must be loaded and have a cumulative effect.
